1. What is REMEMBER-FX?
 |
REMEMBER-FX is a patented highly purified natural product obtained from
roots of North American ginseng. Through Afexa Life Sciences proprietary,
patented extraction and standardization process, used to create
ChemBioPrint products, REMEMBER-FX undergoes vigorous testing to
ensure that every batch has the same chemical identity and biological
activity - ChemBioPrint quality every time. Each capsule contains 100 mg
of dried extract, HT1001™, which has been investigated in laboratory and
clinical studies. REMEMBER-FX is intended to help temporarily restore
mental alertness when experiencing fatigue. The patents for HT1001
covers its unique chemical composition and indications for therapeutic use. |

3. How is REMEMBER-FX different from other ginseng products?
|
REMEMBER-FX is a highly purified ChemBioPrint extract derived from North American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) with chemical consistency (no less than 15% ginsenosides) as well as standardization according to biological activity. It is intended to help temporarily restore mental alertness when experiencing fatigue and has not exhibited the other immune-enhancing
effects associated with the polysaccharide components of North American ginseng in laboratory studies. Although REMEMBER-FX is a natural extract of North American ginseng, its highly purified composition makes comparison with ginseng in general, inappropriate. 4. What are ginsenosides?
|
Ginsenosides are types of phytochemicals found only in ginseng. They are very small molecules which are modified in the large intestine to form biologically active molecules which are then absorbed into the bloodstream and exert their effects on the body. HT1001, the active ingredient in REMEMBER-FX, is high in ginsenosides. |

5. What is the difference between REMEMBER-FX and COLD-FX?
|
REMEMBER-FX and COLD-FX are both patented, proprietary natural health products derived from the same starting source material, North American ginseng. REMEMBER-FX is an extract rich in the active phytochemicals, ginsenosides, whereas COLD-FX is comprised of a specific combination of polysaccharides isolated from North American ginseng. Since both products are composed of phytochemicals specifically isolated or extracted from North American ginseng, they have very unique chemical compositions making comparison with generic ginseng in general, inappropriate. |

6. How does it work?
|
A number of studies, including both experimental and clinical, have shown
that REMEMBER-FX enhances several aspects of the nervous system. These
effects include improved mental performance in both laboratory and
clinical studies, and in laboratory studies, increased availability of a key
neurotransmitter involved in mental alertness as well as learning and
memory, acetylcholine (through increased choline uptake), neuroprotective
and antioxidant effects, and modest monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitory
effects (and therefore, potential antidepressant effects). |

7. What evidence do you have to support its efficacy
and safety?
|
To date, a pilot trial in 20 healthy young and middle age adults and a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 64 persons with schizophrenia have been carried out on REMEMBER-FX. These trials were found to be beneficial in improving memory and learning in young and middle age adults and visual working memory in persons with schizophrenia. The product was also found to be safe. |

8. When can I expect to see benefits?
|
REMEMBER-FX has been shown to be safe and effective for improving
mental performance in clinical and laboratory studies. While some
people notice benefits immediately, part of the mechanism of action of
REMEMBER-FX appears to involve more long-term processes, such as
improved synaptic connections between cells (neurons) on the brain.
Thus for some individuals, a period of several weeks to months may be
required before effects are noticeable. This is normal and to be
expected in a proportion of users when numerous factors and
individual variability are taken into account. |

of REMEMBER-FX for prevention, treatment, or symptom relief directly
related to any neurodegenerative or neurological disease. A physician
should be consulted prior to use of REMEMBER-FX in this situation.

laboratory studies to inhibit MAO activity very modestly at high
concentration, therefore has the potential to act as an antidepressant
in some individuals. A physician should be consulted prior to use of

|
No adverse effects of REMEMBER-FX are observed in laboratory
studies when given at 650 times higher than the recommended dose
at one time and 17 times higher than the recommended dose for 18
days. In clinical studies and for usage in the general population, adverse
effects have also not been associated with REMEMBER-FX intake.
Although there are no known interactions with drugs, herbs, or disease
conditions, individuals with a serious medical condition or taking other
medications should consult a physician before taking REMEMBER-FX. As
REMEMBER-FX is a derivative of North American ginseng, those with

|
Laboratory studies have indicated that REMEMBER-FX does not
overstimulate the nervous system, but rather induces more moderate
changes which reflect normal functioning. Clinical studies have also

overstimulation of the nervous system. |
